People from all walks of life pay close attention to the meta universe and maintain their expectations, but the meta universe is always invisible, which leads many people to question that the meta universe is a fraud. In this regard, Luo Jun, Executive Chairman of the Meta Universe Industry Special Committee of the China Computer Industry Association, believes that any new technology needs a long process from its birth to its development. Robotic technology was born in the United States in the early 1960s, but it took half a century to develop; 3D printing also existed in the 1980s, and it was not industrialized until recent years; The meta universe is not the latest thing. As early as 1956, virtual reality technology was born in the United States, and the head display device was introduced in 1961. It was not until 2021 that the meta universe officially came into the public's view. With the rapid development of information technology, 5G, 6G and quantum communication have given birth to the new technology of the meta universe. The meta universe has two cores, one is with surreal immersion technology, the other is human-computer interaction. Virtual reality technology has been very mature after decades of accumulation and development, but there is still a process for human-computer interaction technology. Once this technology is mature, the meta universe can easily enter our production and life. In comparison, technology is always moving forward. The key is that the meta universe ecology has just begun. It is too early to talk about industrialization. Luo Jun believes that no enterprise can establish a meta universe ecology, which involves upstream and downstream supporting, technical cooperation, talent training, scene development, content creation, demonstration and application.
