On October 27, the Third Quarter Research Report on China's Foreign funded Business Environment released by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade showed that foreign-funded enterprises continue to be optimistic about the Chinese market and have a good overall evaluation of China's business environment and macroeconomic policies. Sun Xiao, spokesman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Secretary General of the China Chamber of International Commerce, introduced that in order to track and analyze China's utilization of foreign capital in a timely manner, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade carried out a quarterly survey on the business environment for foreign capital and prepared a survey report on the business environment for foreign capital in China in the third quarter. According to the survey results, in the third quarter, the Chinese market remained highly attractive to foreign investment. The domestic social environment was stable, the economic potential was huge, the market space was broad, the industrial supporting facilities were complete, and the preferential policies continued. Many major investment institutions around the world had cast a "vote of confidence" in China. The research report shows that China has become the driving force and engine for the global business development of many foreign-funded enterprises. The vast majority of foreign-funded enterprises are optimistic about the long-term development prospects in China, and have a high evaluation of access to business premises, market access and tax indicators. 95.33% of foreign-funded enterprises were "relatively satisfied" with obtaining business premises, 89.94% were "relatively satisfied" with market access, and 88.71% were "relatively satisfied" with tax payment. The continuously optimized business environment in China provides a strong guarantee and lasting impetus for foreign enterprises to take root in the Chinese market. From the investment amount, investment structure and participation in economic construction of foreign enterprises in China, we can see that China's business environment has strong attraction. Sun Xiao told the reporter that the survey showed that 96.7% of foreign-funded enterprises highly affirmed China's development achievements in the past decade; 96.9% of foreign-funded enterprises believe that the successful convening of the Twentieth National Congress has further boosted their confidence in the Chinese market, such as a market-oriented, legal, international business environment, a dual cycle development pattern, more market opportunities, investment opportunities, growth opportunities, more economic and social stability, and clearer development goals. The report of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) attracted the most attention of foreign-funded enterprises by sticking to the focus of economic development on the real economy (83.3%), adhering to high-level opening up, promoting economic globalization, building a community with a shared future for mankind (77.1%), and building a high-level socialist market economic system (61.9%).
