The third review of the revised draft also stipulates that trafficking in and kidnapping of women are prohibited; It is prohibited to buy women who are abducted, trafficked or kidnapped; It is prohibited to obstruct the rescue of women who are abducted, trafficked or kidnapped. People's governments at all levels, public security, civil affairs, human resources, social security, health and other departments, villagers' committees and residents' committees shall, in accordance with their respective responsibilities, promptly find and report, take measures to rescue women who have been abducted, trafficked or kidnapped, and do a good job in the resettlement, rescue and care of the rescued women. In case of violation of the above provisions and failure to fulfill the reporting obligation, the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible persons shall be punished according to law.
