From 2006 to 2021, the Central Reservoir Resettlement Support Fund has invested a total of 426.2 billion yuan to continuously improve the production and living conditions in the reservoir area and resettlement area, broaden the channels for reservoir residents to increase their income and become rich, and significantly improve the lives of 25.17 million reservoir residents. According to statistics, by 2021, there will be a total of 25.17 million people supported by large and medium-sized reservoir resettlement in the country, involving 2518 counties and 155200 administrative villages. In 2021, the per capita disposable income of reservoir immigrants will reach 18016 yuan, an increase of 7.19 times over 2005, and the average annual growth excluding price factors will be 11.1%. All localities integrate resources and funds and make overall progress. The situation of weak infrastructure and public services in the reservoir area and resettlement area has been fundamentally reversed. At present, a total of 475000 km of roads and 504000 km of tractor roads have been built, and 99.2% of the villagers' groups have built hardened roads on the basis of road access. A total of 332000 kilometers of power and communication lines have been built, and households can use electricity. The Internet coverage rate is 100%. A total of 46000 drinking water projects have been built, with the tap water penetration rate reaching 94%, 10 percentage points higher than that in rural areas nationwide. A total of 56000 village clinics have been built, township and village medical resources have been optimized and integrated, and it is more convenient for immigrants to seek medical care. 315 immigrant villages won the title of "National Civilized Village", 224 immigrant villages won the title of "National Rural Governance Demonstration Village", and 181 immigrant villages won the title of "Beautiful Leisure Village in China". In terms of industrial development, green agriculture, ecological agriculture and efficient agriculture have been developed in accordance with local conditions, and tea, forest, fruit, vegetable, medicine and other industries have begun to take shape in some regions; The farmland improvement and supporting irrigation facilities continued to be implemented, with a total of 1.804 million mu of farmland developed and transformed, and 15.33 million mu of newly increased effective irrigation area; Skills training continued to increase, migrant labor transfer and employment capacity continued to improve, and family wage income accounted for more than 65%.
