(marked batch number: GZ/2021/11/08-A) were found to be unqualified by comparison, and the inspection results showed that the hair dyes unmarked in the technical requirements specified in the product label and registration data were m-aminophenol and 2-methylresorcinol. In addition, the total number of colonies of YATAI toothpastes (cold mint) produced by Guangzhou Jiuye Cosmetics Co., Ltd. (batch number: 2024120302) was unqualified, and the inspection result was 160000CFU/g. It is understood that the total bacterial count is an indicator of microorganisms, indicating the degree of contamination in the production or circulation of products, and indirectly reflecting the health status of cosmetics in the production, processing, circulation and storage links. The Technical Specifications for the Safety of Cosmetics (2015 Edition) stipulates that the total number of colonies in eye cosmetics, lip cosmetics and children's cosmetics should be ≤ 500 (CFU/g or CFU/ml), and the total number of colonies in other cosmetics should be ≤ 1000 (CFU/g or CFU/ml).
