Sinochem Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sinochem") is located at No. 001, the enterprise headquarters area, the start-up area of Xiong'an New Area. Sinochem was registered in Xiong'an New Area in May last year. At present, the "001 Building" project of its headquarters has been started. The total building area of the project is 114100 square meters, and the height of the planned building structure is about 150 meters. The architectural scheme inherits the overall urban planning concept of the start-up area, and adopts the design concept of "Golden Reed" in Baiyangdian, implying endless growth and prosperity. Ning Gaoning, the then secretary of the Party Leadership Group of Sinochem and the director of Sinochem, said during his previous inspection in Xiong'an New Area that Sinochem, as one of the first batch of central enterprises registered in Xiong'an New Area, will promote the construction of the headquarters building project with high standards and quality, give full play to its advantages in energy, chemical and other aspects, fully promote the gathering of resource elements in the new area, and comprehensively deepen the docking and cooperation between industries and projects, Make more contributions to the implementation of major national strategies. At the construction site of the Xiong'an Innovation Research Institute Science Park project in the start-up area, more than 1000 workers are stepping up construction. Huang Xiangsheng, academician of Xiong'an Innovation Research Institute and director of Cognitive Intelligence Laboratory, introduced that Xiong'an Innovation Research Institute, jointly built by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the People's Government of Hebei Province, will coordinate relevant innovation resources of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, carry out multidisciplinary key technology research and industry university research cooperation in the fields of information intelligence, resources and ecological environment, and life health, and build an international first-class scientific research institution. Gao Xin, the site leader of the Science Park Project of Xiong'an Innovation Research Institute of China Railway 12th Bureau, introduced that the project will start in December 2021, with a total land area of 66000 square meters and a total building area of 172000 square meters. At present, it has entered the construction stage of the main and secondary structures of the above ground structure, and is expected to reach the completion acceptance and delivery conditions by the end of next year.
