The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the National Bureau of Rural Revitalization have recently completed the application and review for the establishment of the National Rural Revitalization Demonstration County. 100 units, including Lankao County in Henan Province and Dongpo District in Meishan City, Sichuan Province, were selected as the founding units of the National Rural Revitalization Demonstration County in 2022. In order to implement the deployment of the Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Doing a Good Job in Promoting the Key Work of Rural Revitalization in an All round Way by 2022, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the National Bureau of Rural Revitalization carried out the application and review for the establishment of national rural revitalization demonstration counties. After the application at the county level, the selection at the municipal level, the review and recommendation at the provincial level, and the review by experts and the public announcement, the list of 100 establishment units was published. Carrying out the demonstration of Rural Revitalization is the deployment made in the No. 1 central document of the Central Committee this year and an important starting point for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.
