Daqing Oilfield accumulatively produces more than 2.4 billion tons of oil

Since the discovery of Daqing Oilfield, the largest onshore oilfield in China, 63 years ago, it has produced more than 2.4 billion tons of crude oil, accounting for about 40% of the total onshore crude oil production in the same period. With the increasing difficulty of oilfield development, Daqing Oilfield focuses on scientific and technological innovation to continuously improve the comprehensive benefits of the oilfield. At present, the tertiary oil recovery technology of Daqing Oilfield has maintained the world leading level, and has built the largest tertiary oil recovery production base in the world, with the annual output of tertiary oil recovery exceeding 10 million tons for 20 consecutive years. In recent years, the annual oil and gas production equivalent of Daqing Oilfield has always remained above 40 million tons. In 2021, Daqing Oilfield will complete an oil and gas production equivalent of 43.226069 million tons, achieving a year-on-year increase. (Liu Xinshe)
