It is proposed in the guidelines that during the "14th five year plan" period, 10000 enterprises will be promoted to carry out the construction of 5g fully connected factories, build 1000 classified and graded factories with bright characteristics, and build 100 benchmark factories, mainly for the manufacturing industries such as raw materials, equipment, consumer goods, electronics and other key industries such as mining, ports and power. The guide proposes integrated innovation and coordinated development.
