We should vigorously develop new and clean energy, comprehensively improve the utilization of renewable energy, and solidly promote the green and low-carbon transformation of energy. We need to improve relevant systems and policies, improve the carbon pricing mechanism, steadily promote the market-oriented reform of electricity and natural gas prices, and continuously enhance the efficiency of energy governance. Han Zheng said that China is willing to work with other countries in the world to build a new pattern of open and win-win international energy cooperation. He put forward three proposals: first, to promote global energy governance cooperation, strengthen dialogue between energy producers and consumers, and jointly safeguard the stability of the global energy market. Second, work together to tackle climate change and fully and effectively implement the United Nations Framework Convention on climate change and its Paris Agreement.
