First, encourage Palestine and Israel to pursue common security. Israel and Palestine are neighbors that cannot be removed. Their security is interdependent and indivisible. Seeking unilateral "absolute security" and taking unilateral actions to base one's own security on the insecurity of the other side will only aggravate mistrust, intensify contradictions and plunge into an endless cycle of violence. Second, reverse the negative situation on the ground as soon as possible. The continued expansion of settlement activities has encroached on Palestinian land, misappropriated Palestinian resources, violated Palestinian right to self-determination, and made a contiguous, independent and sovereign Palestinian state increasingly inaccessible. China calls for the immediate cessation of all settlement activities, the unilateral change of the status quo in the occupied territories and the demarcation of the final Palestinian Israeli border through peaceful negotiations. Third, comprehensively promote the "two-state plan". What is lacking in resolving the Palestinian issue is not grand plans and loud slogans, but courage to uphold justice and actions to fulfill commitments.
