In combination with the situation of COVID-19 this year, the 2022 edition of the guidelines recommends the timely vaccination of the following key and high-risk groups: medical personnel, including clinical treatment personnel, public health personnel, health quarantine personnel, etc; Participants and support personnel of large-scale activities; Vulnerable groups and employees in places where people gather, such as pension institutions, long-term care institutions and welfare homes; People in key places, such as teachers and students in kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, and detainees and staff in prison institutions; Other people at high risk of influenza, including elderly people aged 60 years and above, children aged 6 months to 5 years, patients with chronic diseases, family members and caregivers of infants under 6 months, and pregnant women. The 2022 version of the guide also points out that people aged 18 and above can be vaccinated with inactivated influenza vaccine and covid-19 vaccine on both limbs when receiving immunization services at one time; For people under 18 years old, it is recommended that the interval between influenza vaccination and covid-19 vaccination is still more than 14 days.
