The inspection team carefully checked the consumption records of the three gas cards and found that the gas stations were displayed in Xuzhou and other places for many times. The official law enforcement vehicles of the Urban Management Bureau usually travel in Yangzhong City. Why do they bypass other places to refuel? The inspection team suspected that someone had concealed the three gas cards to refuel the private car. And Duan, the bus administrator of the Urban Management Bureau, as the daily manager of the bus, is highly suspected. "How many official gas cards do you have?" The inspection team found Duan and asked. "There are 13 in all." This is Duan's answer. "Is there any official refueling card not reported?" In the face of the inquiry of the inspection team, Duan flatly denied that he had truthfully reported all the gas cards. "These three gas cards have gas filling records of Xuzhou. Are they yours?"
