How to evaluate the value of national park resources? Where does ozone come from on the Qinghai Tibet plateau? How to explore the new mode of green development based on ecological resources? What is the effect of high altitude hypoxia on human endocrine during short-term residence? On August 4, the second academic exchange meeting on ecological protection and high-quality development of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau, sponsored by the Ministry of science and technology and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, was held in Xining, Qinghai. At the exchange meeting, the relevant person in charge of the planning department of the Ministry of science and technology said that in the five years since the implementation of the second Qinghai Tibet scientific expedition, the focus has been on water, ecology and human activities. Through in-depth investigation and scientific research, a number of landmark achievements have been made in water resources and water security, ecological security barriers, ecosystems and regional green development, effectively supporting the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau, (the second academic exchange meeting on ecological protection and high-quality development of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau in the Qinghai Tibet scientific expedition.) Yao Dandong, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and leader of the second Qinghai Tibet scientific research team, presided over the meeting. Fu Bojie, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Zhu Tong, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Ouyang Zhiyun, researcher of the ecological environment center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and other experts attended the meeting. The experts at the meeting introduced the important scientific research results of the second Qinghai Tibet scientific expedition in optimizing the ecological barrier system of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau and serving the green development of Qinghai. Fu Bojie, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, pointed out that the Qinghai Tibet Plateau is the roof of the world and the water tower of Asia. It has unique biodiversity and has wide and even global significance in ecosystem services such as water conservation, hydrological regulation, carbon sequestration and climate regulation, scientific education and cultural services. The ecological security barrier of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau is characterized by rich biodiversity, stable ecosystem pattern and good quality, and gradual improvement of ecosystem functions. At the same time, there are also problems such as large area of degraded ecosystem, warm and humid climate and ecological risks caused by human activities. The establishment of a nature reserve system with national parks as the main body is an important way to optimize the ecological security barrier. Based on the overall framework of "overall planning, classification and cooperation", we have established the evaluation method for the resource value of "nature, culture and landscape" national parks, and established a scientific calculation model for the reasonable capacity of "nature, facilities and society" of national parks, which has effectively supported the research on the construction of ecological security barriers on the Qinghai Tibet Plateau and promoted the harmonious coexistence between human and nature. Where does ozone come from on the Qinghai Tibet plateau? Zhu Tong, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, pointed out that during the second Qinghai Tibet scientific expedition, the expert team carried out a series of advanced instruments to carry out atmospheric oxidation closure experiments, verified the hypothesis of strong atmospheric oxidation on the Qinghai Tibet Plateau, and clarified that strong sources and weak sinks are the reasons for the strong atmospheric oxidation on the Qinghai Tibet Plateau. Academician Zhu Tong's team has revealed the vertical exchange mechanism of ozone on the plateau through the verification of the pulling effect of glacier wind. "Ecological products are the sum of the material and service products provided by the ecosystem for human beings, including agricultural products and other ecological material products, water conservation and other regulation service products, eco-tourism and other cultural service products. Based on the concept of gross ecosystem product (GEP), Ge is proposed from the aspects of the use value of ecological products, the final products of the ecosystem, and the functional capacity of ecological products
