Guizhou will promote the 200g / 400g ultra-high speed optical transmission system in due time, optimize and improve the provincial trunk lines, speed up the construction of important route optical cables, improve the inter provincial export bandwidth of the Internet, and greatly reduce the cross regional delay and jump. Build a direct network to the data centers of Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao, Yangtze River Delta, Chengdu and Chongqing hubs and surrounding provinces, and strive to achieve a one-way delay of less than 20 milliseconds. In terms of network infrastructure in the province, the implementation opinions put forward that the backbone network, metropolitan area network and access network in the province should be optimized and improved to achieve the optical fiber coverage capacity of "Gigabit homes, 10 Gigabit buildings and T-class parks"; Accelerate the construction of 5g independent networking. By 2025, more than 160000 5g base stations will be built.
