We will further strengthen the construction of national regional medical centers and medical consortiums, promote the expansion and balanced layout of high-quality medical resources, give play to the leading role of high-level hospitals, and improve grass-roots capabilities. Medical institutions should ensure the basic needs of the masses for medical treatment, and medical institutions should not prevaricate or refuse patients with acute and critical diseases. We should continue to implement measures to facilitate and benefit the people, such as centralized procurement of drugs and high-value medical consumables, and direct settlement of medical treatment in different places and across provinces, so as to reduce the burden of medical treatment. We will work together to promote the reform of medical service prices, medical insurance payments, personnel compensation, performance appraisal and other reforms, and promote the high-quality development of public hospitals. Adhere to prevention first, further promote the healthy China action, further do a good job in the revitalization and development of traditional Chinese medicine, the construction of rural doctors, and do a good job in epidemic prevention and control scientifically and accurately, so as to make greater contributions to safeguarding the health of the people and promoting economic and social development! Sun Chunlan pointed out that in recent years, the medical reform has insisted on changing from the focus on treatment to the focus on health. Focusing on solving the problems of difficult and expensive medical treatment for the masses, it has promoted the centralized purchase of pharmaceutical consumables and the expansion of high-quality medical resources. The results have continued to show that China's per capita life expectancy has increased from 76.7 years in 2017 to 78.2 years in 2021, highlighting the advantages and vitality of the basic medical and health system with Chinese characteristics. We should continue to promote the construction of regional medical centers and medical centers, improve the management of medical consortia, strengthen the training of grass-roots medical personnel, improve the service capacity of grass-roots medical and health institutions, and build a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment pattern. We should strengthen the internal governance of public hospitals and the construction of short board disciplines, deepen the comprehensive reform of drug procurement, medical insurance payment, personnel compensation and so on, and improve the level of high-quality development.
