When the auto drive system requests the taking over of dynamic driving tasks, the drivers of conditional and highly autonomous intelligent connected vehicles should respond to the taking over request and take over the vehicle immediately. At the same time, strengthen the responsibility of after-sales service, and require the producers and sellers of intelligent Internet connected automobile products to establish and improve the after-sales service mechanism of products, and provide timely and comprehensive technical support or rescue services in case of major faults or emergencies. In terms of the division of responsibilities after the traffic accident of the intelligent connected vehicle, the Regulations stipulates that if there is a driver, it can be handled with reference to the relevant provisions of the current road traffic safety laws and regulations; If the damage caused by a traffic accident during the period when there is no driver is the responsibility of the intelligent connected vehicle party, the vehicle owner and manager shall be liable for compensation.
