After selecting a safe location, wait for rescue and send a distress signal to the outside world to get out of trouble as soon as possible. From June 18 to 20, Sizhou town of Dexing City was hit by heavy rain, and many townships were flooded. Nearly 1000 people were transferred in time, and no major casualties were caused.
