With the rapid development of Internet economy, great changes have taken place in the structure of China's employment market. Flexible employment under new business forms such as sharing economy, platform e-commerce and big data has become a new employment growth point, reflecting the advantages of low threshold, strong adaptability and convenience. Statistics show that in the employment distribution of college graduates in the past two years, flexible employment has accounted for more than 16%. Flexible employment is not derogatory. In this regard, we should make reasonable planning and guidance, avoid the practice of absolutizing the assessment of indicators such as the employment rate of the formal sector and the signing of tripartite agreements by university departments, and vigorously support college students to participate in flexible employment in the aspects of simplifying employment dispatch procedures, protecting social security rights and interests, and providing social services. We should implement the policy of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, and support college graduates to start their own businesses. Young college students are the new force of the national entrepreneurship and innovation team, and have a broad space for entrepreneurship and development in all walks of life.
