We should accelerate the improvement of basic public services in rural areas, improve the public service system for the integrated development of counties and villages, improve the public service capacity at the village level, and strengthen and improve rural governance. Huchunhua stressed that we should firmly grasp the basic requirements of promoting rural construction in a solid and steady manner to ensure that it can stand the test of history and practice. We should adapt measures to local conditions and promote them by stages and in batches, so as to prevent "one size fits all" and haste for success.
