This year, there were 308000 college graduates in Chongqing, an increase of 66000 over the previous year. The employment and Entrepreneurship of college graduates in 2022 has entered the final stage. All departments in Chongqing have paid close attention to the employment and Entrepreneurship of college graduates to ensure the employment stability of college graduates and other youth groups in the city. Chongqing Municipal Bureau of human resources and social security has issued 20 specific measures to promote the employment and Entrepreneurship of college graduates by all means from the aspects of multi-channel job development, accurate employment assistance, and efforts to strengthen youth employment assistance. Chongqing will expand the employment scale of enterprises and strive to create more jobs. We will support small, medium-sized and micro enterprises to attract more college graduates for employment, and provide social insurance subsidies, business guarantee loans, discount interest and other support policies as required. We will vigorously support college graduates to start their own businesses, and provide them with one-time business subsidies, business guarantee loans, interest discounts, tax exemptions and other policies as required. In terms of precise employment assistance, we will provide "one file for one person" and "one policy for one person" precise services, provide at least 3-5 targeted job information for each person, give priority to organizing vocational training and employment internships, and "enjoy one-time job hunting and entrepreneurship subsidies without application", so as to promote their employment and entrepreneurship by all means. According to the relevant person in charge of Chongqing Municipal Education Commission, at present, Chongqing Municipal Education Commission requires colleges and universities to focus on four tasks to promote more full and high-quality employment of college graduates. First, make every effort to do a good job in publicity and launch, and implement policy posts. Second, make every effort to tap employment channels and expand market-oriented jobs. Third, make every effort to provide logistical support and encourage students to obtain flexible employment. In order to promote the employment of college graduates, Chongqing Federation of industry and Commerce recently held a promotion meeting of "private enterprises and colleges join hands to promote employment". All relevant government departments, universities, trade associations and private enterprises have jointly launched various measures to promote the employment of college students.
