Relevant parties should make good use of the results of research and consultation, carefully study and handle the opinions and suggestions put forward by parties and groups, improve the quality and efficiency of political party consultation, and highlight the advantages of China's new political party system. The Central Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the people's Republic of China proposed to intensify market-oriented reform in the northern region, comprehensively improve the business environment, strengthen the construction of the "the Belt and Road" northbound channel, build an economic circle with Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei as the core and Liaodong Peninsula and Jiaodong Peninsula as the two wings, and promote the coordinated development of the north and South regions. The Central Committee of the Democratic League of China suggested that efforts should be made to improve the institutional supply of housing, social security and education for migrant workers, promote the citizenization of migrant workers, and ensure that low-income groups continue to increase their income. The Central Committee of the people's Republic of China proposes to optimize and improve the support policies for "specialized, special and new" enterprises, solve financing problems through multiple channels, and encourage large, medium and small enterprises to make collaborative innovation and facilitate development. The Central Committee of the Taiwan Democratic self government League proposed to strengthen the top-level design of cultural resources, improve policies for the protection and utilization of culture and the development of cultural tourism industry, further support the cultural construction in the central and western regions and rural areas, encourage cross-strait folk cultural exchanges, and consolidate and expand the achievements of enriching the people through culture. Non party personages suggested that we should grasp the relationship between making the "cake" bigger and dividing the "cake", and focus on the sustainable income increase of farmers, the targeted relief of small and medium-sized enterprises, and the removal of policy barriers to the development of charities at this stage, so as to ensure common prosperity through high-quality economic and social development.
