Second, unswervingly carry out mutually beneficial cooperation. The two sides are willing to further deepen the docking of development strategies and expand new areas and space for cooperation. We will spare no effort to ensure the capacity of China EU trains, tap the potential of the trans Caspian international transport corridor, and promote the diversification of train routes. Focus on cultivating new growth points in 5g, big data, artificial intelligence, digital finance, cross-border e-commerce, green energy and other fields, and create a number of New Demonstration cooperation projects. The two sides announced that all the border ports between China and Kazakhstan have resumed operation, and the two countries have reached a consensus on the resumption of flights. The airlines of the two sides are about to realize two-way direct flights a week. Third, unswervingly carry forward China Kazakhstan friendship from generation to generation. The two sides have reached an agreement on the establishment of consulates general in Xi'an and Aktobe respectively, and reached a consensus on the mutual establishment of cultural centers. Technical colleges and universities such as the Chinese medicine center and Luban workshop in Kazakhstan will be established as soon as possible. China is willing to continuously deepen international cooperation with Kazakhstan in combating epidemic diseases, continue to provide vaccine assistance to Kazakhstan, support the two countries to carry out drug R & D and production cooperation, and work together to build a human health community. Fourth, unswervingly safeguard international fairness and justice. We will spare no effort to safeguard the international system with the United Nations at its core and oppose unilateralism and bullying. Vigorously carry forward the "Shanghai spirit" and promote the healthy and stable development of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. We will actively study with all parties the specific ways and steps to upgrade the CICA and promote the continuous development of the CICA process.
