"The personnel in charge of major events shall make timely, truthful and comprehensive records, and keep relevant materials; after the records are made, they shall be submitted to the discipline inspection and supervision institution of the unit to report to the party organization of the unit or the discipline inspection and supervision institution at a higher level in a timely manner; for the acts of not recording, not reporting, fabricating and distorting facts, instructing not to record or not to record as the truth, retaliating, and disclosing secrets, they shall be dealt with and held accountable according to the seriousness of the circumstances." According to the relevant person in charge of the discipline inspection and supervision team, in addition to the "top leaders" and members of the leading group of each unit, the middle-level and above cadres managed by the company's Party organizations at all levels, the management personnel at all levels, especially the personnel in key positions with professional management authority such as approval, inspection and assessment, and the retired second-line personnel, are also included in the management scope of the provisions. In order to prevent the idling of the system and put an end to it, the discipline inspection and supervision team stationed in the State Grid Corporation of China has guided the discipline inspection and supervision institutions at all levels of the company to continuously follow up and understand the records, strengthen the summary and evaluation of the implementation of the system, strengthen relevant supervision and inspection, promote the accelerated implementation of the system, truly gain prestige and effectiveness, and earnestly urge the "top leaders" and leading groups at all levels to perform their duties and use their rights in accordance with the law. "Although the problem occurred in the grass-roots power supply station, the power supply and consumption department, as the competent department, should also deeply reflect on its own functions and responsibilities.
