For areas where there is no epidemic, if college students leave school and return home, implement the normalized epidemic prevention and control measures in the areas where they return home. With regard to the recent social concern that some college students are required to pay hundreds of yuan a day for isolation hotels after returning home, liupeijun said that many provinces and cities have announced free support policies for isolation of college students, which is commendable. However, some places have adopted the self funded isolation policy of "returning students are treated equally with other returning personnel". The notice clearly states that if returning college students really need centralized isolation, all places will exempt the students from centralized isolation costs. At the same time, they should care for the returning students during centralized isolation, ensure the accommodation conditions, and meet the students' living, medical and other necessary needs. In order to ensure the transportation capacity of college students returning home, zhuwenzhong, deputy director of the passenger transport department of the State Railway Group, said that the State Railway Group has strengthened communication with the education department, scientifically arranged the transportation capacity resources, and adopted measures such as additional trains, additional carriages and multiple unit reconnection to provide sufficient transportation capacity. For the popular directions and concentrated periods of student travel, give priority to ensuring the supply of student tickets. As of 8:00 on the 5th, a total of 3.666 million student tickets have been sold since May, of which 2.696 million students have taken the bus.
