No religion is high or low, and civilization needs to be able to pass. In March 2017, an activity was held before the religious sub forum of Boao Forum for Asia. Buddhist leaders from the six Lancang Mekong countries "Dharma milk, one vein, six hydration and one" brought together the Lancang Mekong River water of their respective countries. At that moment, the Sanskrit harmonies recited in six different languages, and the hands of the six eminent monks were also tightly held together; At that moment, people transcended the estrangement between sects and language families. Water and water mingled, heart to heart and brotherhood. To this end, the Buddhist community should actively promote exchanges and mutual learning among different religions and civilizations and make due contributions to social stability, people's happiness and world peace. First of all, we should take patriotism and benefiting the people as the core value of doctrinal interpretation. Focus on the interpretation of doctrines and rules in line with the requirements of the progress of the times, promote the religious and academic circles to make a coherent interpretation and dissemination of the values and ethics in Buddhist doctrines and the core socialist values, form a number of excellent achievements, publicize and promote them, and lay an ideological and theoretical foundation for the great article of doctrinal interpretation. Secondly, we should take the promotion of the rule of law as the fundamental principle of educating believers. Educate believers to firmly establish the rule of law spirit of "national law is greater than religious rules", advocate two generations of simultaneous cultivation, and correctly handle the unified relationship between citizens and religious people. Third, we should take public welfare charity as an important way to serve the society.
