Recently, Dongguan human resources and Social Security Bureau and the Information Office of the municipal government held a press conference to interpret the "Interim Measures for the introduction and training of innovative talents in Dongguan", "Interim Measures for the introduction and training of Undergraduates in Dongguan" and the "1 + 8" policy of version 2.0 of "capital of skilled talents".
