In the disposal of major natural disasters or public health emergencies and foreign aid medical tasks, we should make overall arrangements for the rotation and shift of front-line medical personnel, do a good job in the rotation and isolation guarantee of front-line medical personnel, and arrange compulsory rest for front-line medical personnel who work overload for a long time. Medical and health institutions can appropriately increase the rest and paid leave time according to the length of time and severity of medical personnel participating in the disposal of public health emergencies.
