In recent years, the whole army has successively issued a series of laws and regulations on military procurement demand, review, contract management, emergency procurement, pricing and optimization, so as to optimize and reshape the whole chain of procurement operation mechanism, mode and process. In order to promote the full implementation of the new regulations and effectively solve the problems such as unclear responsibility interface reflected by the army, the logistics support department of the Central Military Commission organized and carried out publicity and implementation activities of policies and regulations in the procurement industry throughout the army from April to the end of this year.
