Liaoning Province formulated the "Implementation Opinions on the popularization plan of high and middle school education in Liaoning Province (2017-2020)" in October 2017, focusing on the high-level connotation development of high school education Balanced development with high standards and diversified development with high quality. The reform of these provinces and cities has set an example for other regions. At present, ordinary high schools all over China show positive and innovative reform efforts, and vigorously promote the education reform of ordinary high schools.
