The notice specifies that after March 23, 2016 (including that day, the same below), outstanding talents, national leading talents, local leading talents, reserve talents and overseas class A, class B and class C talents (hereinafter collectively referred to as "high-level talents") recognized by Shenzhen city can apply for high-level talent reward subsidies. The reward and subsidy shall be applied for within 12 months after the expiration of each term of office. Among them, those who apply for the first time and have worked full-time in Shenzhen, paid social insurance premiums and declared personal income tax on wages and salaries according to law for a total of 12 months can be submitted after obtaining the recognition (confirmation) of high-level talents for 3 months. The work fund shall be applied for within 24 months after being recognized as an outstanding talent. At the time of application, the outstanding talent shall have worked full-time in Shenzhen, paid social insurance premiums and declared personal income tax according to law for a total of 9 months. The application for reward and subsidy shall meet the following conditions. The applicant works full-time in Shenzhen. The applicant has paid social insurance premiums and declared personal income tax on wages and salaries in Shenzhen for 6 months or more (excluding supplementary payment or supplementary declaration, the same below), except that it is not necessary to pay social insurance premiums or declare personal income tax on wages and salaries due to policy reasons.
