The regulations on the supervision and administration of children's cosmetics implemented on January 1 this year stipulates that children's cosmetics applying for registration or filing must be marked with "xiaojindun" from May 1, 2022; If children's cosmetics previously applied for registration or filing fail to be labeled in accordance with the regulations, the registrant and filer of cosmetics shall update the product label before May 1, 2023. The State Food and Drug Administration reminded that when purchasing children's cosmetics, pay attention to the "xiaojindun" logo, and correctly understand the meaning of "xiaojindun". Non children's cosmetics shall not be marked with "xiaojindun". The State Food and Drug Administration issued a document saying that "xiaojindun" only means that this product belongs to children's cosmetics, which does not mean that the product has been approved by the regulatory authorities or certified for quality and safety.
