Unfair competition by means of fictitious original prices, false discounts and false publicity is prohibited, monopoly acts are prevented and stopped, and any form of price fraud is prohibited. All pre charges of the institution must be entered into the special account for charges of the institution. Training for primary and secondary school students shall not use training loans to pay training fees. Fees with a time span of more than 3 months or 60 class hours shall not be charged at one time or in the form of recharge, sub card, etc. Industry organizations shall give full play to the role of industry self-discipline, guide training institutions to set reasonable prices and standardize off campus training services. They shall not carry out discipline training in the name of non discipline training, and consciously maintain market order and industry image. Any unit or individual has the right to appeal and report to the education, market supervision, development and reform departments for the violations of laws and regulations of non disciplinary after-school training institutions.
