The "opinions" mainly includes 16 contents in five aspects, proposing the guiding ideology, main principles, objectives and tasks of carrying out military related rights protection work in the new era, standardizing the service objects, scope of work and working procedures of rights protection, establishing a national military local consultation mechanism for military related rights protection work and leading groups for military related rights protection work in provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government), cities and counties, Stipulate the responsibilities and working systems of military related rights protection departments at all levels, clarify the priorities of military related rights protection and strengthen the relevant requirements of organizational support. The opinion points out that it is the consistent policy and fine tradition of the party and the state to safeguard the interests of national defense and the legitimate rights and interests of servicemen and their families. The political and legal committees of Party committees at all levels should strengthen their political awareness, actively guide and coordinate all military and civilian departments at all levels, incorporate the work related to the protection of military rights into the overall plan for economic and social development, the party's management of armed forces, the evaluation system for safe construction, and the scope of double support activities, make overall arrangements, coordinate progress, command ahead and control orientation. In accordance with the requirements of excellent politics, business, responsibility, discipline and work style, we should select and strengthen the backbone team of military rights protection work. We should adhere to inspection and evaluation as an important means to promote the implementation of rights protection related to the army, pay attention to the weight of quantifiable indicators such as the feedback rate of rights protection demands, the resolution rate of cases and disputes, and the satisfaction of troops and military dependents, and constantly improve the standardization and scientization of evaluation work. We should make full use of the achievements of military and local information construction, strengthen the integration and sharing of military and local information and data, and enhance the quality and efficiency of military related rights protection work. We should vigorously publicize advanced models, actively promote innovative practices, timely organize commendations and awards, and create a good social atmosphere for safeguarding the interests of national defense and the legitimate rights and interests of military personnel and their families.
