Recently, the first batch of preferential treatment certificates for veterans and other special care objects (hereinafter referred to as preferential treatment certificates) have entered the production process, which will be successively mailed to the county-level Veterans Service Center and gradually distributed to the applicants. This batch of preferential treatment certificates are mainly produced by the industrial and Commercial Bank of China and the postal savings bank of China, involving Jilin, Shanxi and other provinces. Since the start of the application and issuance of preferential treatment certificates in mid December 2021, all localities have taken rapid action to formulate plans according to the deployment requirements of the Department of Veterans Affairs, promote the determination of cooperative banks, trainers and other preparations, and release information at the first time to clarify the schedule of the application and issuance of local preferential treatment certificates. At the beginning of this year, some provinces began to accept the application for preferential treatment certificate through partial first and batch classification, and reviewed it according to the regulations. Up to now, more than 50000 applications for preferential treatment certificates have passed the examination and entered the production link. According to the relevant provisions of the measures for the administration of preferential treatment certificates for veterans and other preferential treatment objects (for Trial Implementation), the prepared preferential treatment certificates will be mailed to the county-level Veterans Service Center that accepts the application. After completing the registration, counting the quantity, checking the packaging and other work to ensure that it is intact, the preferential treatment certificate will be distributed to the corresponding Veterans Service Station level by level, and will be distributed to the applicant through active delivery, collective issuance or other methods agreed by both parties. As the number of eligible applicants is different, the application time determined in the early stage is not exactly the same. At the same time, the specific application time may be adjusted according to the actual situation of epidemic prevention and control. It is hoped that the majority of applicants will pay attention to the information released by the local Veterans Affairs Department in time, so as to grasp the latest arrangement and reasonably arrange the time.
