UN Secretary General delivers new year's speech

On the occasion of the Chinese Lunar New Year of the tiger, UN Secretary General Guterres delivered a video speech on the 28th, extending his best wishes to Chinese all over the world and wishing the Winter Olympics a complete success. Guterres first said "happy Spring Festival" in Chinese in his speech. "Tigers symbolize strength, vitality, courage, perseverance and courage.
