The newly revised and promulgated Measures implement the spirit of the law of the people's Republic of China on the protection of heroes and martyrs, the law of the people's Republic of China on the protection of veterans and other superior laws and relevant central documents, focus on solving the practical difficulties in the protection and management of martyr memorial facilities, improve the hierarchical protection system of martyr memorial facilities, and standardize the construction approval process, Enrich the display of martyr memorial facilities and memorial services, and emphasize strengthening the protection of revolutionary cultural relics.
