The boundary of doctors' live broadcasting has puzzled hospital managers. There are reasonable and beneficial aspects for doctors to do live broadcasting. Because the live broadcast is very intuitive, interactive and interesting. The advantages of live communication between doctors and patients are obvious. In recent years, there have been many short medical videos widely loved by the people. However, the risks and hidden dangers of doctors' live broadcasting can not be ignored. Doctors' live broadcasting while working is easy to degrade the medical quality and even make mistakes; Live broadcasting is also easy to expose patients' privacy, and teaching people self diagnosis and treatment may mislead fans and lead to misdiagnosis and mistreatment. Comparing the old and new versions of the doctor's law, we can see that doctors need to be careful when doing live broadcasting. Article 22 of the old medical practitioner law clearly states that "health education for patients" is the obligation of doctors. Article 23 of the new medical practitioner law implemented on March 1, 2022 modifies this article to "health education and health guidance for patients and the public", adding "public" to the object and "health guidance" to the content, indicating that doctors' science popularization has been burdened, The traditional science popularization method is inefficient and has little influence. It has been difficult to meet the needs of medical popularization in the new era. It is worth promoting the popularization of medical science popularization through new media such as live broadcast and WeChat official account. In addition, the old medical practitioner law requires doctors to "protect patients' privacy" and "publicize health care knowledge", while the new medical practitioner law changes these two articles to "protect patients' privacy and personal information according to law" and "publicize and promote health science popularization knowledge suitable for their posts". The addition of keywords such as "personal information" and "adapting to the post" has strictly restricted the live broadcasting of doctors and other popular science publicity. The key to live broadcasting for doctors is to do things carefully. On the one hand, we should understand the spirit of legislation in the nuances of existing policies and regulations, so as to find a breakthrough for resolving disputes and eliminating fuzzy space; On the other hand, laws and regulations are difficult to be comprehensive after all. We should refine relatively abstract laws and regulations into industry norms, even the internal management system of medical institutions, and use the fine lines of the system to fill the loopholes and make the two closely combined.
