Zhang Yong said that there are many aspects of the systems and principles established by the constitution. Specific to the practice of "one country, two systems", we need to focus on five aspects: first, adhere to the status of the fundamental law of the Constitution and further improve the system of "one country, two systems". Second, adhere to the principle of unitary system, which is not only the basic principle of safeguarding national unity, but also the basic criterion for dealing with the relationship between central and local power. Only by deeply understanding and earnestly following this principle can we promote the organic combination of the central comprehensive governance power and the high degree of autonomy of the Special Administrative Region. Third, adhere to the people's Congress system and provide more powerful constitutional support and guarantee for "one country, two systems". Fourth, adhere to the rule of law and the constitution, continue to strictly abide by the provisions of the Constitution and the basic law, and promote the development of the cause of "one country, two systems" on the track of the rule of law. Fifth, adhere to constitutional supervision to ensure that the newly constructed system and mechanism comply with the relevant provisions of the Constitution and the basic law.
