On November 30, Zhuhai human resources and Social Security Bureau and Macao Labor Affairs Bureau signed the framework agreement on promoting Zhuhai Macao vocational skill level recognition in order to create the Zhuhai Macao vocational skill level recognition alliance. In Zhuhai and Macao, electricians, intelligent building managers, cooks, nurseries and other types of work are regarded as the first batch of skills training and recognized types of work, and then gradually extended to e-commerce, information network, construction and other related types of work. At present, there is no mutual recognition mechanism for skilled talents between Zhuhai and Macao. Macao skilled talents who want to work in Zhuhai and even Dawan District need to take the mainland examination to obtain the recognized qualification. "According to incomplete statistics, about 1000 Macao compatriots have participated in the appraisal examination in Zhuhai in the previous five years, involving more than 20 specialties (types of work) such as licensed pharmacists, first-class constructors, human resource managers and Chinese cooks. After the two sides establish a professional skill level recognition alliance, they can realize 'one test and one certificate', 'one test and two certificates', and smooth the flow of talents between the two places." Said Liang Jiaquan, President of Zhuhai human resources appraisal and examination institute. Pan Weiming, director of Zhuhai Municipal Bureau of human resources and social security, said that around the key industries of the two places, Zhuhai and Macao will carry out in-depth cooperation in all links of skilled talents, including talent demand research, evaluation standard development, international standard introduction, skill competition, evaluation and certification, and jointly build a Zhuhai Macao vocational skill level recognition alliance in accordance with the principle of "market subject, social participation and government guidance", Innovatively carry out the identification of skilled talents in the two places. In order to ensure the orderly progress of this cooperation, Zhuhai and Macao will jointly build a contact group to formulate training, identification and competition plans for skilled talents in the two places, coordinate the technical development of vocational skill standards and training materials in the two places, coordinate and promote the vocational skill identification and examination in the two places, guide the establishment of Zhuhai Macao vocational skill level identification alliance, and innovate in socialized vocational skill level identification and competition "One trial and two certificates". On November 25, Zhuhai and Macao also established a vocational education teacher development alliance.
