On September 23, Bazhou released the investigation conclusion that Staphylococcus aureus was detected in some samples through laboratory detection and analysis of the samples in the sample retention cabinet of the canteen. According to the relevant provisions of the national food safety standard limit of pathogenic bacteria in food (gb29921-2013), the test results did not exceed the maximum limit of Staphylococcus aureus in the standard (1000cfu / g). As a reporter, I interviewed and reported on the incident and was very concerned about the results of the incident. Recently, some parents reported that the most food children ate in the school canteen at noon that day was pig heart, but the sampling of Bazhou CDC did not include pig heart. Previously, Bazhou Public Security Bureau had punished Zong, the legal representative of the school, for public security detention for 10 days in accordance with the provisions of the food safety law and the law on public security administration punishment. The reason for the punishment was "refusing, obstructing and interfering with the relevant departments, institutions and their staff to carry out food safety supervision and inspection, accident investigation and handling, risk monitoring and risk assessment in accordance with the law" These statements inevitably make some parents wonder whether the food samples have been artificially damaged, resulting in incomplete sampling by the investigation team? During the interview, I learned from relevant medical experts that students' nausea, vomiting and food poisoning caused by Staphylococcus aureus; in addition, Staphylococcus aureus infection can also make people suffer from acute glomerulonephritis. Combined with expert opinions, I can't help asking: are so many students vomiting and diarrhea food poisoning events? If there is gold in the food The content of Staphylococcus aureus really meets the national standard. Why did the students' bodies react so much? What are the causes of the students' disease? Was the sampling of the investigation team complete at that time? In the investigation report of Bazhou City, these questions have not been fully answered. For such a campus food safety incident related to the health of minors, this is not true The conclusion of the investigation is inevitably questionable. In view of the current situation of the investigation, a parent reluctantly said: "it has happened for more than two months. I feel like it hasn't happened." Some parents went to Bazhou CDC to check their children's vomit test report at that time, which was also rejected by the other party. CDC staff said: the report is only given to the government, not to individuals. This practice will only deepen parents' doubts, but will not help solve the problem. Previously, the Ministry of education has issued several documents requiring all localities to strictly implement the school food safety accountability system, investigate the causes and responsibilities of school food safety incidents, and seriously investigate and deal with the schools and persons responsible for food poisoning incidents caused by neglect of management and inadequate implementation of measures. Today, there are still many "unsolved mysteries" in the investigation of this incident , they can not fully answer the doubts of parents and the public. In this regard, many parents expressed the hope that the relevant departments or superior departments of Bazhou city can restart the investigation, answer the above questions, draw lessons from them and avoid similar incidents. At the institutional level, the state has clear regulations on the overall environmental sanitation, facilities and equipment, food procurement and storage, use records of food additives, canteen employees' qualifications and other key links of the school canteen. As long as the school strictly implements the relevant regulations and relevant departments fulfill their regulatory responsibilities, similar sudden campus food safety incidents can be avoided.
