Violations of discipline and law such as illegal lending, illegal guarantee and benefit transfer through financial derivatives trading still exist, which has damaged the benefits of state-owned enterprises and the fair market environment. The deterrent effect of clue handling of crime related issues needs to be strengthened. Since 2019, the city's discipline inspection and supervision organs have investigated and dealt with 814 persons in violation of discipline and law in state-owned enterprises, including 137 transferred to judicial organs. At present, state-owned enterprises are mainly concentrated in Yuzhong District, Shapingba District, Jiulongpo District, Nan'an District, Yubei district and other main urban areas. In the process of mixed reform of state-owned enterprises, China has a high risk of asset loss. According to the situation, there are still some potential risks in the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises. Some feasibility studies are not sufficient and the mixed reform scheme is not rigorous enough; Some assets are not evaluated reasonably, and they are converted into shares at a low price or sold state-owned assets; Individual cadres of state-owned enterprises use the opportunity of mixed reform to transfer interests, which seriously interferes with reform and development and the market environment.
