For those who have obtained multiple practicing qualifications, the maximum reward is 50000 yuan. Reward not only talents, but also "talent introducers". According to the measures, institutions employing Hong Kong Youth shall be rewarded with 30% of the salary income of Hong Kong Youth employed by the employing institution in the previous year, up to 30000 yuan per person per year, and the reward period shall not exceed three years. Employing institutions employing more than 30 young people in Hong Kong will be rewarded with 200000 yuan at one time. Entrepreneurs who meet the conditions can also receive rewards. According to the measures, young people in Hong Kong who have been established for more than one year, have an operating income of more than 1 million yuan and have more than 25% of the shares of institutions actually operating in Qianhai cooperation zone shall be given an entrepreneurship reward of 50000 yuan per person per year for a period of no more than three years.
