The implementation opinions on promoting the high-quality development of Hong Kong and Macao Youth Innovation and entrepreneurship base issued by Shenzhen human resources and Social Security Bureau defines the construction standards of municipal Hong Kong and Macao Youth Innovation and entrepreneurship base from the aspects of base operation subject, site area, entry of Hong Kong and Macao projects, incubation capacity and service docking mechanism. According to the opinions, Shenzhen will implement entrepreneurship start-up funding and encourage excellent entrepreneurship projects to settle in municipal bases. For the Hong Kong and Macao Youth Entrepreneurship teams that have won awards in the innovation and entrepreneurship competition hosted by national ministries and commissions and relevant departments directly under the provincial government and incorporated into the municipal base within two years, 100% landing supporting subsidies will be given according to the award amount of the competition. For the entrepreneurial teams incorporated into the municipal base funded by Hong Kong Youth Development Fund, Hong Kong Innovation and technology fund enterprise support program and Macao Youth Entrepreneurship assistance program, RMB 200000 will be given for each landing supporting subsidy.
