The victim was worried that his parents found that the "dispatcher" proposed to add the "technical disarmer" QQ number for remote operation. The suspect then used remote operation to steal the victim's mother's credit card and spend 77 thousand yuan. Police investigation found that a number of similar fraud cases occurred in Chongqing, and most of the victims were minors aged 9 to 14.
