Mrs Lam said that Hong Kong would strive to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050 through a series of carbon reduction measures. As an international financial center, Hong Kong will also vigorously develop green finance. At the meeting, Mrs Lam reiterated that Hong Kong supports free trade and regional economic cooperation and hopes that Hong Kong can join the regional comprehensive economic partnership agreement (RCEP) as soon as possible.
