In his speech, Li Weinong, economic and Financial Secretary of the Macao SAR government, said that the overall plan for the construction of Hengqin Guangdong Macao deep cooperation zone issued by the central government gave Shenzhen cooperation zone a number of "first and first try" innovative policies, which brought significant opportunities for Macao to develop modern financial industry and promote appropriate economic diversification.
