The selection focuses on the action plan for high-quality leapfrog development of "2 + 6 + n" industry in Jiangxi Province and the talent demand in key fields of economic and social development, focuses on major strategies and key core technologies such as rural revitalization, Poyang Lake National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone and Jiangxi inland open economic pilot zone, and pays attention to "four preferences", that is, to talents engaged in basic frontier research, We should give priority to R & D talents supporting enterprises' independent innovation, to grass-roots front-line talents, and to high-tech industrial parks, economic and technological development zones and industrial parks. During the three-year training cycle, the "double high project" candidates will be given a project funding of 50000-200000 yuan. The "double high project" candidates will be selected in batches in a planned and focused manner to study in well-known universities, scientific research institutes and large enterprises at home and abroad, and several special seminars will be organized and held every year; Support candidates for the "double high project" to participate in major policy consultation, formulation of major scientific research plans and standards, construction of key projects, etc., organize and participate in various practical activities of experts serving the grass-roots level, and guide them to make achievements in serving the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the grass-roots front line.
