Xuehua Lake resettlement community in Sandu Shui Autonomous County, Guizhou Province was completed and put into use in June 2018, resettling 1290 poor households with filing cards and 5832 people from the whole town. In order to enable the relocated people to move out, become rich and move towards a well-off society, in recent years, while encouraging the surplus labor to go out to work, Zhonghe Town, relying on the aquarium intangible cultural heritage "horsetail embroidery", adopts the mode of "cooperative skills training craftsmen", trains the immigrant women in the community into "embroiderers", drives the people to develop the "fingertip economy" through traditional manual embroidery and increases their income. At present, Xuehua Lake immigrant community has developed 9 horsetail embroidery handicraft workshops such as peach blossom, Narcissus and Tianlong, radiating and driving more than 500 relocated women to engage in horsetail embroidery handicraft design, processing and sales. In 2020, the per capita disposable income of Xuehua Lake immigrant community in Zhonghe town will reach 12167 yuan. (outlook new era)
