September 30, 2019: the steel hanging box of Zhongshan Bridge is lowered and transferred to the cushion cap construction stage. November 21, 2019: the first box girder was erected successfully. December 11, 2019: the pouring of the first steel shell immersed pipe "Big Mac" was completed and the longitudinal movement was successful. June 18, 2020: the docking of the first section of immersed pipe was successfully completed. August 30, 2020: all the cast-in-situ tunnels in the buried section of West rengong island have been poured. September 20, 2020: the excavation of the foundation pit of the East anchorage of Lingdingyang bridge, a control project, was completed. December 26, 2020: the first 1670t steel box girder was manufactured. April 3, 2021: the erection of the first steel box girder is completed. June 17, 2021: the East pylon of Lingdingyang bridge was capped. June 25, 2021: the first 60m concrete box girder is erected. June 26, 2021: the East artificial island was basically formed. July 19, 2021: the West Main Tower of Lingdingyang bridge was capped. September 15, 2021: the sinking and installation of immersed tunnel exceeded 2000 meters.
